The house

LussVelika is a spacious luxury villa carefully designed and themed to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. 

If you need to stay in touch with the outside world a free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Outdoor space:

• Dining area. Seats up to 8 people.

• Kitchen area, which includes electric cooker, food preparation area, sink, BBQ

• Lounge area for relaxation with comfortable sofas and chairs

• Relax and enjoy the outdoor experience amidst flowers, citrus tree and grape vines

Inside space:

On the ground floor there are an entrance hallway, family bathroom, TV room, air-conditioned open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.

On the first floor we have three spacious and individually themed bedrooms to express our love of travel:

India Bedroom – en-suite front bedroom with a taste of India, it has two single beds, A/C, and a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the front of the house with views of Strandja Mountains.

Morocco Bedroom - a family bedroom with a hint of Morocco, it has two single beds with a large sofa bed that will sleep two, A/C and a wraparound balcony with table and chairs. A travel cot is available for smaller guests and the bathroom is across the hallway.

China Bedroom – a double bedroom, en-suite with beautiful bespoke lacquered furniture and oriental pictures, personalised with a handmade throw. It has an A/C, hair dryer and a wraparound balcony with table and chairs.

On the second floor there is a sunroof terrace with a panoramic view of the village, sun loungers, BBQ with table and chairs provided for your comfort and enjoyable holiday.
